About the Personal Awards

The Personal Awards recognise the contribution that individuals have made to the success of their organisation, and/or its products and services. Whether over the short term or for a sustained period, they will have made a significant contribution and will stand out for the dedication and flair they have demonstrated.

Recipients of the Personal Awards will be employees whose individuality and excellence have led to outstanding results for themselves as individuals to their company, team, product or service. Their achievements will have stimulated recognition within their sector and brought positive results to bear upon their organisation. Outstanding personal contribution is central to any company’s overall success, and it is our aim to reward those who go above and beyond in their sector by offering nine different award categories to enter:

The Personal Awards are open to businesses of all sizes. Whether you are an established name or an innovative start-up with a small, dedicated team, we encourage you to enter one or more of your employees in the Personal Awards and showcase their exceptional personal contributions across these categories.

Why Enter the Personal Awards?

A personal award not only showcases the achievements of an individual, but it also highlights the excellent opportunities they have been given within their employment.

As such, outstanding individuals within a company engender positive interest in that business, bringing about increased publicity and promoting the status of that organisation. Personal recognition awards can also help to raise employee morale and create a culture of excellence within your organisation.

Unlike those of other personal awards, our submissions are open every quarter. This means you can enter for an award at the best time for your organisation during the year, making it easier to align an award entry with your personal development schedule or operational timeline. Entry deadlines for 2025 are on the last working day of January, April, July and October, and winners for each round hold their title for twelve months.

The Personal Awards are run and administered by Awards Intelligence, the UK’s leading provider of business awards support services. The Personal Awards are judged by an independent judging panel, and their expertise means they can go a step further to support potential winners, offering our clients drafting services, saving them valuable time and effort by curating compelling entries that maximise their chances of winning.

Our expert guidance ensures that businesses of all sizes can craft strong, competitive entries that stand out before the judges. By helping you articulate your achievements with clarity and impact, we increase your chances of gaining the recognition your innovation deserves.
